3. Who may use the Service
- The Service may be used for business purposes by officers and employees of group companies (including contractors and others a group company has approved). It is not offered to people outside the group.
- Users sign in with the company email address issued by their group company and are automatically placed in their company's organization based on the email domain.

5. Booking pages and invitee information
- Hosts shall limit the information collected from invitees on a booking page (name, email address, phone number, answers to questions) to what is necessary for the meeting and make the purpose of collection clear to invitees.
- Hosts and their organizations shall handle invitee information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, their company's internal regulations, and our Privacy Policy.
- We process invitee information on the Host's instructions to confirm, reschedule and cancel bookings, create calendar events, and send confirmations and reminders.

- Integrations are established with the User's own consent (OAuth authorization) and can be disconnected at any time from the settings screen. When an integration is disconnected we delete the authentication tokens for that service.
- We are not liable for defects or damage arising from the provision, content, specification changes or outages of third-party services.
